actions." There are 600 more Audio Bibles being distributed in the area around Xai Xai this Summer.
Praise the Lord that is more then just saying you love them, it is action in giving them God's Word in a language they can understand! Thank you!!!
We have received some feedback from one village where when asked how long they listened to their Audio Bibles, hands and arms went flailing every which way. Sergio, the national started laughing , because you see they don't have watches or clocks. The people where flailing their arms to show by the position of the sun , and so the arms going out . Pointing to the early morning sky and the sun to when they would stop listening to their Audio Bible later when the sun was beginning to set. Their day is from sunrise to sunset.
We are in contact with World Hope International who is helping in the fight against Trafficking. We know a doctor couple that will be going to Sierra Leone this Fall. There is a Rescue Recovery Center there for Women & Children. Our passion is to send Audio Bibles in their heart language. Some can be put into a new way of presenting the Audio Bible, which is a special pouch in a small stuffed animal. These are to comfort the victims , with the Scripture and the stuffed animal holding it. Here in the USA, teddy bears have been used to comfort and calm children when a tragedy has happened, and can be given by the hospital, or police, or the firemen. We will be seeking to raise funds to send these there with the doctors. They will also bring Audio Bibles to several hospitals that they work with in Sierra Leone.
