PRAISES THAT GIVE GLORY TO GOD!!!!! Isn't this all about Him and expanding the kingdom !!!!! Reaching out to the unreached, and the lost, where they are found. Our matching funds project has brought in more needed funds for the completion of the Sound Studio " Crown of Victory". So that all of you know, there has been given a matching funds amount of $20,000 dollars. That means if anyone gives $50.00 it is like giving $100.00 because the amount is matched. This will finish the studio and make way for more recordings!!!! At the present time the nationals at the sound studio, have just finished the language "Shangan" and they will finish "Sena" in Dec. when the reader can return. There have been the Bible Story Cards, that are also translated, and recorded in Shangan, and distributed out to the churches for their work with children. We are hoping for a new digital device to have a louder speaker, since the groups for teaching children are LARGE. Isn't that a wonderful problem to have?????? Just like the problem of needing more Audio Bibles, because the people are pleading for them.
We are reaching out to the lost who are women with the Magdalena film. It is a film done by Campus Crusade, that is narrated by Mary Magdalene and is "Seeing Jesus through the Eyes of a Woman". We will be taking this film with us in the trade language "Portuguese ". A dream we
have for the sound studio is to do this film in their heart languages, so they truly understand. There are women's groups who are purchasing Audio Bibles for women in Africa, and we are challenging women to help with making this film available for many African women to see. Luke 8:1-3"......He took His twelve disciples with Him, : 2 along with some women He had healed and from whom He had cast out evil spirits. Among them were Mary Magdalene, from whom He had cast out seven demons, :3 Joanna, the wife of Chuza, Herod's business manager; Susanna; and many others who were contributing from their own resources to support Jesus and His
disciples." Many women in Africa are treated as second class and need to know who they are in Christ. This still reaches out to the families, because it is the women who teach the children.
Please keep all this in prayer & give our Lord Praise for what He has done, and what He is doing, and what He has planned that is Yet to Come!!!!!! JEREMIAH 33:3 " Call to ME, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know."
Those pleading for Audio Bibles & wanting to know our Lord, when they finally did get an Audio Bible couldn't stop listening to them. So when the Audio Bibles were distributed in their heart language, the Village stayed up all night listening to the Bible!!!! Well the missionaries who distributed them that day in the village could not get any sleep from the continueous playing of the Audio Bibles!!! What a great problem to have. It shows us how hungry they really are to know God and learn.
We just returned from our trip West and presenting in churches. The response was great! And God's people realize the need for their brothers & sisters in Christ to have an Audio Bible. Our trip had it's challenges, and so we thank all of you for praying for our safety & health. There were several severe thunderstorms, one of which had huge hail. Our car was spared, but the car that was outside received damage from the hail, and a broken windshield. Physically we all were fine.
I continue to marvel at how faithful our Lord is to protect us. We also had several God moments to witness for Christ, and rejoice with other Christians. We prayed with many people, and I am reminded of the Scripture Matthew 11: 25 - 30 " especially verse 28 " Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden." We each do what we can and make sure we are laboring with the Lord and that we have given Him our heavy burden. We know that preparing for our return to Mozambique in Africa takes a great deal of work and preparations. Sometimes you feel overwhelmed, yet in prayer giving it to our Lord , we are strengthened and can carry on.
So we ask you to pray about all those preparations we need to get done. We need to renew our passports, pray it is done in a timely fashion. We need more funds to finish the distribution , the Audio Bibles have been purchased and are in Mozambique waiting for the language to be completed. The cost of transportation in country is always expensive, we are figuring close to 2,000 dollars just for that as we travel with the Audio Bibles North in Mozambique. Lodging can also add up as we hope to stay about 5 weeks, which will be approximately $1,000.00. We know the food costs continue to rise, so that is open ended. We so need your prayers, and if any of you feel the Holy Spirit leading you to help with the distribution costs or if you want more Audio Bibles to go please make checks out to AFCC address 3399 142nd Ave. Holland, Mi. 49424

There it is the beginnings of the "Crown of Victory Sound Studio" in Xai Xai, Mozambique. We had started the original Sound Studio in 2005 on the third floor of the Bible College. We knew the College would grow and need the third floor for themselves. That is how the permanent "Crown of Victory Sound Studio" has come into being!!! The security cement block wall is in and this is the ground floor of a two floor plan. God is doing this with partners like all of you! He also has brought the 300 Mega Voice/ Audio Bibles into Moz. as ordered this June and ASM was going to add another 700 Audio Bibles this Summer. These will go out to the thousands of new believers waiting for their own Bible in Audio, since they don't Read. The lastest distribution was in May 2011, with some being distributed( about 50) to women who had been trained to be Bible leaders for other women. You know the women teach the children and their family, so these are really spreading the GOOD NEWS.

Seeing Jesus through a woman's eyes as Jesus ministered and as we read in the Gospels. This is an outreach film to women, and is being dubbed in many languages. We will be reaching out to women in Africa, and distributing Audio Bibles in their heart languages as well. The new Sound Studio will make it possible to record many more languages and we are praying dubbing the Magdalena film as well. There are also Bible Studies, and children's curriculum for teaching Bible Stories that can be recorded and are so needed. We are excited to see the next step as our Lord leads us. Pray with us for the opportunities to be funded. Pray for the details of our return into Mozambique the end of March 2012 through April 2012, please.
Now for the quotes of the missionary who had trained 15 women to have an Audio Bible and then teach other women. The danced with the Audio Bibles above their heads in church when they received them. Many in the far North of Mozambique came out of the Islam religion.
" As we minister in the village churchs , where often NOT ONE BIBLE IS .........we have become familiar with statistics of illiteracy. However it's not just that these new Christians are unable to read, but they so often believe that God can only pay attention to men, and will only hear men's prayers!!!! ( Women are treated as 2nd class and property). God has seen their shame and feelings of inferioity, and was to set them free from their captivity. As they meet in the Women's cell groups and listen to the MegaVoice/Audio Bible ....hear the Scriptures in their own Makua language women are transformed. Many have testified they never even dreamt they could study the Bible, but they are now experiencing Gods power and His Spirit and the life God's Word brings." Praise the Lord with us as you SEE how He is revealing, transforming, and blessings Lives .

It's been a long stretch between the last blog and this one, and we apologize. God has been at work in many different ways with AFCC. He is using Technology like the Audio Bible ( Mega Voice) to
reach millions that are pleading to hear the Bible in their own heart language. We have been traveling and we have spoken in several churches over the months. That is a big plus as we can now send another 300 Audio Bibles into Mozambique. We are officially partners with Audio Scripture Ministries and they are sending another 700 Audio Bibles this Summer. Do you realize that is 1000 Audio Bibles to people hungry to learn about Jesus!!!!! There are still the 500 Audio Bibles waiting to have the SENA language finished and loaded to distribute into the Zambazi River Delta. To accomplish all the recordings, materials, and Bibles we have realized a permanent Sound Studio needed to be built. Funds have come in from ASM & AFCC to do this.
Our faithful Father already knew this and land became available right next to the Bible College in Xai Xai, Mozambique. This is unique in that we can tap into their electricity. At this point we have been explaining the need and raising funds for the Crown of Victory Sound Studio, which has resulted in half of the money needed to build it has come in. Praise the Lord!! The land has been cleared and is legally documented now. Hopefully next week the foundation will begin , as well as the security fence which is especially needed. The water has also been piped thanks to the hard work of Chad Vanden Bosch and Sergio, the director of the Sound Studio there in Mozambique.
We are set up to return April 2012 to Mozambique and pray with us the studio will be complete so it can be dedicated unto the work of the Lord. We are praying for the rest of the funds to come in as the studio is being built and that the language recordings continue in the older studio on the 3rd floor of the Bible college. Pray with us about all the details that need to be made yet before we leave for Africa the end of March 2012. Pray with us about our upcoming outreach to raise more funds for more Audio Bibles and the continuing building of the sound studio. God had so much more planned then we ever knew back when the vision came to start the studio. May we be listening to the Lord and then obedient. We send our love to all of you.
